Who did lose these tickets?

Above image - For info about the game:

Today I had an appointment with dentist. 16th April at hour 16:00PM, therefore 32. April 14th was Saturday therefore they didn't give an appointment, as dentists don't work on Saturday. Discourse with the dentist.

Avles: "I should win the lottery to pay a new implant for the teeth".

Dentist: "No, you don't need of so much money. In any case, don't you know that we are linked with the lottery?"

For an instant I believed him. Then at home, my father found two tickets of Enalotto in the garage. I quickly checked if one of the people who have access to it could have loose it. Negative, no one of the ones by me asked loose a ticket of lottery.

So I put here the pic of both tickets. If the mysterious gentleman or gentlewoman who casually loose them when in our garage, can ask me to have them back:

Above image - two tickets, of day 10th April and (uh! I don't believe to my eyes!) of 14th April 2012.

(As I have no time, no resources, no money, no support at disposition, it is clear that what I wrote is affected by many errors and uncorrectness. I am not a prostitute lay journalist of this dirty Vatican 'tollerant' regime called 'democracy'. I have not the 51% of the Bank of America supporting my writings. I don't control the Casinò of Ostenda and neither Citroen and Peugeot as the General Superior did at least in 1958. So corrections and additions could appear in the future)

Is one of these a winning number?

Really don't know - I'll ask to the man of my sister who usually play it (just provisorily asked, he was not by us today and therefore is out of question). Never used such games in my life.

Now I have identified saint Just/san Giusto as Roman soldier, a lictor. Both borders (not perfect square, but it wasn't requested in the founding of Roman cities/castrum) are delimiting the s.c. POMERIUM, the area of the ghosts, larvas, spectra, etc.

Trieste, really a sinister city filled with human spectra, ghosts, zombies. I should start to look at my backs! And even to the ones of my parents and relatives! I'm going to fix the finger in the rotten wound!

<<.Pope Benedict XVI celebrated his 85th birthday quietly on April 16, with a Mass of thanksgiving and a reception for bishops and pilgrims from his native Bavaria.

You too should give a look to Washington DC having in mind such particulars [notice the numbers, 12, 11, 5, 2,], frequently spread in their numerological allusions:

<<.......The lictor's main task was to attend as bodyguards to magistrates who held imperium. They carried rods decorated with fasces and, outside the pomerium, with axes that symbolized the power to execute. Dictatorial lictors had axes even within the pomerium. They followed the magistrate wherever he went, including the Forum, his house, temples and the baths. Lictors were organized in an ordered line before him, with the primus lictor (the principal lictor) right on his front, waiting for orders. If there was a crowd, the lictors opened the way and kept their master safe, pushing all aside except for Roman matrons, who were accorded special honor. They also had to stand beside the magistrate whenever he addressed the crowd. Magistrates could only dispense with their lictors if they were visiting a free city or addressing a higher status magistrate. Lictors also had legal and penal duties: they could at their master's command arrest Roman citizens and punish them. A Vestal Virgin was accorded a lictor when her presence was required at a public ceremony.

The degree of magistrate's imperium was symbolised by the number of lictors escorting him:

Dictator: 24 lictors outside the pomerium, 12 inside. The latter rule was ignored starting from the dictatorship of Sulla
Emperor: originally 12 lictors, after Domitian 24 lictors
Rex and Consul: 12 lictors
Proconsul: 11 lictors
Magister equitum: 6 lictors
Praetor: 6 lictors, 2 within Pomerium
Propraetor: 5 lictors
Curule aediles: 2 lictors

Russia Apartment Building Collapses After Gas Explosion

MOSCOW (AP) — An explosion apparently caused by natural gas has heavily damaged a nine-story apartment building in southern Russia, leaving two people dead and 12 injured.

Rescue workers were searching through the rubble, and officials said at least 11 residents of the building are unaccounted for.

The explosion occurred Monday in Astrakhan, a city 800 miles (1,300 kilometers) southeast of Moscow.

A spokesman for the regional emergencies ministry, Oleg Grekov, told the ITAR-Tass news agency two bodies were pulled from the rubble late Monday.

Regional Investigative Committee spokeswoman Anna Konyaeva said the blast first blew out a lower section of the building. As people rushed to help, the upper six stories collapsed.

Explosions of gas canisters in Russian homes and businesses are common.

Interesting to see how the methods of Putin are from day to day largely applied with the psychological terrorism in the Euro(po)pe...:

Good night.

Errata corrige. Instead to read "how the methods of Putin" read "how the methods of KGB/FSB Putin".
