Till a maximum of 12 years of jail for the one who instigates violence or to commit criminal sympathies on Internet
"I want to told in the Senate also about the pathologic use of the cell phone by the youths"
ROME – who instigates to commit crime against the life and the safety of the people or the ones who commit criminal sympathy, will be punished with a period of jail from three to twelve years. If the crime is committed with the use of telephone communication or computer communication (Internet and social network), the penalty is increased. This is the proposal of law presented by senator Raffaele Lauro (Pdl).
AFTER THE AGGRESSION AGAINST BERLUSCONI – "The aggression against Berlusconi evidenced the necessity to intervene on the diffused phenomena, characterized by exhortations to violence and to the aggression through speech, writings and interventions which, thanks to the modern informatics technologies, acquire an important media relevance", explained Lauro, by whom it is "diffused, also among the teen agers, the habit to utilize the computer tools to damage the dignity of the people with the defamation, the blackmail and offenses with a sexual or racist character. The legislator cannot wait", added the senator.
PATHOLOGIC UTILIZATION OF THE CELL PHONE – Lauro informed that "together the project of law I have presented a parliamentary motion, just undersigned by more than 50 senators of the coalition and of the opposition, to discuss at the Senate about computer culture and about the perverted effects coming from the pathologic use of the cell phone by the youths and by the teen agers, and about he consequences in the relations between relatives and sons and the school institutions
